Privacy policy
What we collect, which is very little, and why. Last updated 2026-09-09.
What we do not collect
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Names you type into the in-browser screener are processed on your own device and are never sent to us. Names sent to the screening API are processed in memory to produce a response and are not stored or logged beyond the ordinary short-lived request logs of our hosting provider.
What we collect from API Pro subscribers
When you subscribe, Stripe collects your email, payment details and billing address under Stripe's privacy policy; we never see your card number. Stripe passes us your email address and a customer identifier, which we store together with your API key so that we can issue, check and deactivate the key. We keep this for as long as you have an account and for up to 90 days after cancellation, then delete it. We use your email only for service messages such as price changes or outages; no marketing.
Hosting and processors
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses to deliver content and prevent abuse under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Nobody else receives your data.
Data about listed parties
The names, addresses and other details of sanctioned parties shown on this site are republished from official government sanctions lists in the public interest. If you believe a record about you is inaccurate, the correction has to be made by the listing authority; each record links to its official source. We will correct errors we introduce, such as a wrong merge or placement, on request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or cancel your subscription, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have additional statutory rights, which we will honour on request.
Changes
